Potluck Starts at 6pm - Music 7pm until ?????
BlueWing is getting together for a grand reunion after being separated for almost 20 years. They performed all throughout Texas during the mid-late 1990's playing at some great places like Dan Electro's Guitar Bar, Continental Club, The Ferret, Ovations and places that no longer exist like The Urban Art Bar, and Brazos Bottom Bar & Grill to name a few. They also were featured on public television's Texas Music Cafe from Waco, Texas.
BlueWing members for this "once-in-a-lifetime" reunion show will consist of Jeff Trathen, Dan Crook, Sandy Buller and Al Pagliuso.
This is an OUTDOOR backyard music venue with no chairs/seats, SO please bring you own comfy lawn chair to sit in or blanket for the ground. Supposedly, it might be cool, maybe chilly, so dress appropriately, yet it will be a great outdoor atmosphere along with a campfire to complete the decor. If you have to ask about S'mores, well go ahead, just come prepared to be sure or take a chance that someone else will cover it. Just don't complain if there isn't any s'mores, you've been warned.
If you wish to hang out afterwards for a little picking and grinning, singing and humming, and just shooting the shit, I am sure we can accommodate that kinda of spontaneous energetic display of music expression. Unless there's a possum around then we'll all just watch the possum.
