Meet The Teacher At Royal Elementary School

On August 22, 2013, Royal Elementary School held the "Meet The Teacher Event". Here is Zoe, Kari and Janet walking in to the school to meet Zoe's 4th grade teachers.

Getting Kari Enrolled At Royal High School

We went to Royal High School on August 21 to get Kari officially enrolled and courses chosen for her schedule.

I can say with 100% certainty that Kari is the first Norwegian exchange student that Royal High School has ever enrolled. Although, the Wesley and Eleanor Buller hosted an exchange student from France who attended Royal High School in mid/late 1970's.


 

Buller's Hosting An Exchange Student From Norway

On May 19, Janet, Sandy and Zoe Buller at the airport in Houston, Texas waiting on the arrival of the exchange student that The Buller's are hosting for the 2013/2014 school year. Her name is Kari and she will be attending Royal High School.

This is the poster that Zoe and Janet created to help us locate Kari at the airport. The poster was a huge success and wonderful conversation piece with everyone at the airport.
